These policies are designed to protect both of us and ensure every session runs smoothly and professionally. Please read before booking.
Your session is not officially confirmed until you receive a reply email from me. Please wait for my written confirmation before making travel or wardrobe arrangements.

All photos are edited in my signature soft, warm, natural style. Heavy filters, extreme skin alterations, or editing by third parties are not included. Minor blemish retouching is included at my discretion.
Your gallery will be delivered via a private online link. [Placeholder: Gallery access lasts for X days — please download your photos promptly.] Physical prints are available as an add-on. Please inquire when booking.
[Placeholder: A non-refundable deposit of $X (or X% of the session fee) is required at booking to hold your date.] The remaining balance is due on or before your session day. Payment details are confirmed via email.

In the case of severe weather that would impact an outdoor session, we'll work together to reschedule at no additional charge. Light overcast conditions can actually be beautiful for photography — I'll always keep you informed.
You receive full personal use rights for all delivered photos. Ariphotographylens retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.
Your gallery link is private and password-protected. I will not share your photos publicly without your permission. Let me know at booking if you prefer your photos to remain completely private.

Head over to the Booking page, pick an available date and time slot, then fill out the booking request form. I'll reply within 24–48 hours to confirm your session and provide deposit details. Your date is not secured until you receive my confirmation email.
Turnaround time depends on your chosen package. Mini and Standard sessions are typically delivered within [X] business days. Premium and event sessions may take [X]–[X] business days. Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Yes — a deposit is required to officially hold your session date. The deposit amount will be confirmed in my reply email. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future session with advance notice, depending on circumstances.
Absolutely! You're welcome to suggest a location you love, or I can recommend some of my favorite Fresno spots — parks, open fields, downtown areas, golden-hour locations, and more. We'll plan together to find the perfect backdrop for your vision.
Yes! Dance photography is one of my absolute favorite specialties. I love capturing the energy, grace, and storytelling of movement — from ballet and contemporary to hip-hop, jazz, and beyond. Both studio and outdoor locations are available.
Yes! Outfit changes are included in Standard, Premium, and most other packages. The number of changes depends on your package. Even during mini sessions, we can often work in one change if time permits — just ask when you book!
Life happens — and I totally understand! Rescheduling is allowed with sufficient advance notice (please see the cancellation policy above for specific timeframes). Reach out as soon as possible and we'll find a new date together. Your deposit will typically transfer to the new session.
Yes! I'm available to travel beyond Fresno for the right session. A travel fee may apply depending on the distance, and will always be quoted in advance so there are no surprises. Mention your desired location when you reach out to book.
Your edited gallery will be delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery link. You'll be able to browse, download high-resolution files, and share from there. Physical prints and albums are available as add-ons — just inquire when booking.
